Who We Are

space:held is a collaborative platform for women to come alive. We believe that instinctually we know what we need, we just sometimes get caught up in the fullness of life that we temporarily lose ourselves and feel disconnected from our truth and clarity.
Holding space allows for that mirror and reconnection back into our bodies, our mental wellbeing and the expansiveness of coming alive - to ourselves, and the communities we engage in.

What We Do

Breathwork is our current medium. Through conscious, connecting breathwork, we facilitate the process of going deeper into ourselves and allow the truth of who we are to not only surface, but lead.
Breathing with awareness increases the oxygen in our blood, allowing our central nervous system to relax, reducing the stress and inflammation in our bodies.
